End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to possess and use the novelty product you ordered for lawful entertainment, artistic, collection, costume, and theatrical purposes.

You do not acquire any ownership of the product design beyond your personal-use license.

The product may be used as a prop, keepsake, art piece, or part of a costume or theatrical production where no attempt is made to pass it off as a real government-issued identity document.

You may keep and display the product privately however you like, provided no unlawful use is involved.

You may NOT present the product to any person, business, venue, or government agency as a genuine identity document, or use it to misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility for anything.

You may NOT use it to purchase age-restricted goods or services, enter restricted venues, cross borders, open accounts, or complete any verification of any kind.

You may NOT resell, reproduce, or distribute the product or its design.

Any prohibited use is entirely at your own risk. We do not condone, encourage, or support such use, and you assume full legal responsibility for it.

Third parties (venue staff, retailers, law enforcement) may seize the product if it is presented improperly. Seizure, confiscation, or loss resulting from your use of the product is not grounds for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Products are provided "as is". We make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the personal novelty license described above. The reshipment terms in our Terms of Service are the only remedy available.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must destroy the product.

By receiving and keeping any product ordered from this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
