You'll need two images before you start: a clear face photo and a photo of your signature.

• Face photo: straight-on, plain expression, good lighting with no shadows, plain wall behind you, no filters, no sunglasses. Eyes fully visible, hair away from your face. Do NOT crop it — leave the whole frame in and we'll handle the cropping. Blurry, dark, or filtered photos will be rejected and slow your order down.
• Signature: must be horizontal (left-to-right, not rotated or angled), black ink on a plain white background, and the photo must contain nothing else — no lines, no borders, no watermarks, no other text. Sign large and centered on a plain white sheet of paper and photograph it straight on.

Order for yourself or a group of friends — add one ID to the cart for each person, shipped to a single address with one payment. Every ID uses the same flat per-ID pricing ($90 PolyCard · $75 all others), no matter how many you add.

• Each ID gets its own details, photos, and duplicates — fill one out per person.
• One person submits and pays for the whole order; there is no timed window and no deposit.

Enter the details exactly as you want them printed: name, date of birth, physical stats, and your delivery address. You can add up to 2 extra duplicates at +$20 each. Add our Snapchat, pick Venmo, Cashapp, or Crypto (LTC), and attach a note if you have special requests.

• Use information you know cold — mismatched details are the #1 way novelty IDs fail in person.
• If ordering with Venmo, leave the 'Turn on for purchases' toggle OFF (the order page shows exactly how).

A promo (coupon) code takes a percentage or dollar amount off, or grants free duplicates. Enter it in the Promo Code field on the order page and the discount applies to your total instantly.

When your cart is complete, send the full total to the Venmo or Cashapp account shown at checkout (with your First and Last Name as the payment note), then upload a screenshot of the sent payment. Choosing Crypto (LTC) instead? A live LTC/USD rate is locked in at checkout — send exactly the LTC shown to the address provided and enter your transaction ID. Crypto payments skip the 29% service charge. No deposit — you pay once and you're done.

• The total at checkout is exact — duplicates, shipping, and the 29% service charge all included (the service charge is waived with Crypto).
• It is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, so make sure you're committed before sending it.

The total you see at checkout is what you pay — flat per-ID prices plus duplicates, shipping, and the 29% service charge. Nothing shifts later: there is no deposit and no second payment.

• The per-ID price depends only on which ID you chose: $90 for PolyCard IDs, $75 for all others.
• Shipping is $5 for 1–2 IDs, $15 for 3+, and +$5 adds a tracking number.
• Your total includes everything — there is no later balance to wait for.

We verify your payment — please allow 24–48 hours (business days), whichever payment method you used — and then your order goes into the next production batch. You'll get email updates as your order moves, and the Status page shows live progress.

• Your order is officially 'placed' once your payment is confirmed and the batch is submitted.
• Payment note rule, one more time: First and Last Name only — never anything describing the product.

Production and shipping take 2–4+ weeks, and the clock starts when your order is deemed 'placed' (payment confirmed and the batch submitted) — NOT from the day you submitted.

• The 2–4+ week window is for your order to arrive at the delivery address you provided.
• Every order is quality-checked (scan, UV, holograms) before it ships.
• Shipping options: normal (plain envelope) or discreet (tracked) — tracked shipping lets you follow the package the whole way.

Check the Status page anytime with your email address to see exactly where your order is: Payment Pending → Order Confirmed → Order Shipped → Delivered. Once shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking info.

• If your status hasn't moved for a while, don't panic — batch production runs in waves.
