We collect only what we need to produce, deliver, and support your order — nothing more. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.
1. What We Collect
Order information you submit through our forms: the name and details printed on your product, your delivery address, and your contact information (email, phone number, Snapchat username).
Images you upload: your face photo, signature image, and payment confirmation screenshots.
Optional codes and notes: promo codes and any note you choose to attach to an order.
Basic account data when you sign in (name, email), and anonymous usage analytics (page views, device type).
2. How We Use It
To produce and ship your order — the details and images you submit are used exactly for that purpose.
To contact you about your order: confirmation, final pricing after the batch closes, payment requests, and shipping updates.
To verify payments and prevent fraud and chargebacks.
To run the site: analytics help us understand which pages are useful. No sensitive order data is ever used for advertising.
3. What We Never Do
We never sell your personal information or order data to anyone.
We never share your uploaded images except with the production partner who prints your order.
We never send marketing emails you did not ask for — order-alert emails and order updates only.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working (your theme and cookie preferences) and to collect anonymous analytics.
You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored on your device and you can change it anytime by clearing site data.
5. Third Parties
Payments are sent directly through Venmo or Cashapp — we never see or store your payment account credentials. Those services process your payment under their own privacy policies.
Images and order files are stored on our hosting platform and shared only with the production partner for your order.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep order records as long as needed to support your order, handle reshipments, and meet our record-keeping needs. Anonymous analytics are kept in aggregate form only.
Want your data deleted? Email us from the address on your order and we will remove your order records and images within a reasonable timeframe. Payment records held by Venmo/Cashapp are outside our control.
7. Your Choices
You can decline analytics cookies, request deletion of your data, and ask what we have on file for you at any time.
